- 1 tbsp Vyan matcha powder, or more to taste
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1-2 tbsp sugar, dissolved in a small amount of hot water
- whipped cream, optional
Fill a tall glass with milk. Add dissolved sugar and tea powder. Stir until most of the powdered bits are combined. Fill with ice and add whipped cream. Enjoy! Tip: You may want to add the powdered green tea into a tad bit of boiling water in order to help the powder separate, then add to the milk. You could also add the matcha with the dissolved sugar mixture.
