Mint Green Tea
Do you need some relief from the summer heat...look no further than this Vyan favorite. Not only does this mint green tea taste amazing, it is also great for weight loss too!
- Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup
- 1-3 tsps of Vyan green tea (per serving)
- Honey – 1 tsp
Wash and chop the mint leaves and place them in a tall glass. Put your Vyan tea in a steeper and place it in the glass as well. Pour boiling water in the glass and refrigerate 3-4 hours. Once complete, remove the strainer, add honey, stir and enjoy!
