Matcha Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nut milk of choice
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tablespoons unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vyan matcha powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of salt

Directions

In a blender, blend together the nut milk, blueberries, banana, protein powder (if using), matcha tea, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger, and salt until smoothie.
